Gelata Roma - Dusting Plating Recipe
- Place a 10cm sized bowl on a serving plate, top side down.
- Using a tea strainer or sieve, dust cocoa powder, icing sugar or ground freeze dried fruit over the plate and over the bowl. Gently remove the bowl from the plate without smudging the dust.
- Place a ball of Gelata Roma Ice Cream into the middle of the open area of the un-dusted bowl shape. Decorate with fruit (fresh and dried fruit roll) and other elements.
